This place will never get another dime or my time. They treat they're underage employees like garbage. As a mother I can tell you my children will never tolerate an employer treating them as less than human. Ice cream is too expensive anyway. Learn how to speak to people before trying to run a business. I think this is too friendly and nice of an area to host such arrogant businesses.

The ice cream was good, the staff seemed pleasant, but the atmosphere was a little off. Too noisy and almost all the tables were dirty. Maybe needed a couple more people working there? Not terrible though. I'd go back if I lived in the area for sure.

went to get my usual malt like i have done for months, it is about 8pm on August 30, 2017, as one person is making my malt, I figured I could pay for it and be done. the girl looked at me and said " that will be $12.35 for a malt! she then said people are supposed to charge for the malt and the ice cream, and thats why its so expensive. no way was i paying over 12 dollors for so little of a treat. never going back.

Good little icream shop

I am currently standing in the marble slab in Spanish fort al, and the service is usually excellent. I wasn't greeted when I walked in and the girl had a very BAD attitude.

Ice cream is always good here and the service usually is too but not today. I waited 10 minutes (never was greeted) before I was asked "What you got?" That's how I was asked what I wanted. Then Virginia (another employee told me her name)dropped half of the ice cream out of the scoop, threw it away and when I asked her to replace to scoop that she dropped she sucked her teeth and added more. She then up charged me to a regular size serving, slid my card and said "sign the receipt and leave it on the counter" and walked away. She was beyond rude. You guys should have some customer service training or better yet get some employees that want to be working....

Drove 1 hour just to get an ice cream, Marble Slab has the best ice cream I have ever tasted & excellent service

Best icecream

Definitely the best milk shakes in town and it always smells so wonderful in there. Sometimes it gets a little busy but worth the wait in my opinion.

Good ice cream, at high-dollar mall prices. It's nice to treat my kids to something here at the outdoor mall when it's hot, or after they play at the splash pad!

Tastes great every time. Service has always been good but leave a lot of room for improvement. Always very blahs, dry, no personality, looks like they'd rather be anywhere else but there.

Waited to order with two workers behind the counter. Both handling a family of four that couldn't make up there mind. So we left.

Significantly​ disappointing. Order a deluxe ice cream "creation" only to get something so far from the sample picture that it destroys your inner emotions from the inside out. This place is deceiving.When you order something that has cookie dough in the name and only get four cookie dough marbles like c'mon.Basically pay $5 for a bowl of plain ice cream.Sitting outside is relaxing though. Plenty of tables to eat Wendy's frostys at.

The strawberry milkshake was delightful

Awful service. There were 4 employees but only one poor girl was actually helping customers. They advertised a couple of special items but totally disappointed my daughter when she ordered it. She was told that it's seasonal and they don't have it. This is not acceptable when dealing with children who don't understand business concepts. The place was filthy from previous customers. None of the staff bothered to clean the dining area at all. We will avoid this place from now on.

Me and my husband enjoyed this so much! Perfection in Baldwin county exists.

I haven't been to a Marble Slab in well over a year & tonight I drove 20 minutes out of my way to get some ice cream. The line was almost out the door, which is definitely to be expected on a Friday night in the summer. I didn't mind waiting a bit. There was a group of 2 girls behind me that were friends with 1 of the girls that was working tonight. When it came time for me to order, the girl that knew the group behind me just completely ignored me and said 'I can help the next group' as she stared at the girls behind me. This behavior is completely unacceptable.

The cashier/salesperson/young lady who waited on me was very friendly and very professional.

Very unorganized. The counter was not clean and they were out of all fruit choices. The workers were very rude and short with us. There seemed to be no adult supervision over this place. The workers were not wearing gloves while handling the ice cream. Other marble slabs have workers that are very respectful, clean, and helpful.

It's a shopping center plaza where this store is. So u will have to maneuver the parking lot. Great customer service which I am big on. 2 separate counters, 1 for ice cream and the other for cookies. Which is nice as u are not all piled in 1 line for service. Lots of tables. And pretty clean, lively atmosphere.

The worker was not handling my ice cream with gloves. I asked for my toppings to be mixed in with my ice cream and she folded it in with the ice cream scooper once and didn’t put enough ice cream in my bowl so she piled on toppings to make it look better. To make matters worse it was $15 for two ice creams. You can get better prices in fairhope al and that’s saying something... not surprising to find out they have 2.9 stars. Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I had the chocolate covered waffle cone w/ vanilla ice cream from Great American Cookie & the Chewy Chocolate supreme cookie from Marble Slab. I was in sweets heaven. Check them out! 😋😌

Best place for ice cream

I didn't care for this place. People love this place but I don't understand it. The ice cream which normally has nuts needs to have them added,which we only figured out after we paid. So Butter pecan and the Pistachio has no nuts so it just tastes really artificial. It wasn't very clean.

Clean! The staff were kind and friendly. Kiddo and hubby both got milkshakes which they love!

So I walk in and there is no one dealing with the ice cream so this African American lady who works at Great American cookie part of the store starts taking my ice cream order. First she handles my waffle bowls without using gloves. Then she doesn’t ask if I want toppings mixed in so I mentioned that I do want them. Then she didn’t even mix the toppings in the ice cream she placed everything on top and did a messy job too. She was very loud and obnoxious. She didn’t even greet me in a customer friendly way. Then she just handed me the money and walked away when I asked for a receipt. She yells out “OH HELL” I was taken back for a second because it is not right to speak that way to the customer and in a restaurant that is intended to be family friendly which this one clearly is not. Another lady gives me my receipt and throws it at me. Never coming back to this place again. Improve the customer service and train the employees.

I️ ordered a ice cream cake for my daughters 11th birthday I️ come in two days the later (how long it takes to make them)I️ walk in ask for my cake they say “oops sorry we didn’t make your cake “ and the worker there acted like it was nothing although they gave me a free cookie I️ have. No cake for my daughters birthday 🙁very disappointing

Always excellent service and ice cream when we visit Mobile

The ice cream is so good here I always love it. The line moves quick so even if you see a long line you'll get to the front quick. Service has always been friendly never had any problems.
